REQUIREMENTS

Section 1: Admission Policies

              Registration is handled by the Principal assisted by the Registrar, Guidance                          and other faculty members. Main policies and procedures in registration: 

  •  

  • Catholics and other baptized Christian students are eligible for admission. They should follow the religious formation of the school. Exemption from this will be on a case-to-case basis.

Grade School

  1. 1. New Pupils

  • ID Pictures (2pcs. 1x1)

  • NSO Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificates from the Roman Catholic Church (original and photocopy)

  • Entrance Test Result

  • Interview with the Principal or his/her authorized representative

  • Age requirements (beginning of school year)

  • Preparatory – 4 years old

  • Kinder – 5 years old

 

  1. 2. Transferees

  • ID Pictures (2pcs. 1x1)

  • Report Card (Form 138)

  • Letter of Certification / Recommendation

  • Birth and Baptismal Certificates (original and photocopy)

  • Entrance Test Result

  • Interview with the Principal or his/her authorized representative

 

  1. 3. Old Pupils

  • Report Card (Form 138)

High School

2. 1. New Students

  • Report Card (Form 138)

  • Result of Entrance Test

  • NSO Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate from the Roman Catholic Church (original and photocopy)

  • ID Pictures (2pcs. 1x1)

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal/Guidance Counselor

  • Health Certificate for drug-free test

Note: as deemed necessary by the Guidance Counselor

 

2. 2. Transferees

  • Same as the new students plus Academic record reflected on the Student’s Form 137

 

2. 3. Old Students

  • Report Card (Form 138)

 

2. 4.Foreign Students

  • Certificate / Proof of Compliance with the Requirements of the Bureau of Immigration and the Department of Foreign Affairs

  • Certificate of Eligibility for Admission from the Department of Education

  • Certified Photocopy of Alien Certificate Registration (ACR) signed by the officer from the Foreign Division of the Department of Education

  • Approved Study Permit from the Foreign Students Division, DepEd inclusive of evaluation papers

  • Birth and Baptismal Certificates (original and photocopy)

  • Report Card

  • Entrance Test Result

  • Interview with the Principal or his/her authorized representative

  • Health Certificate for drug-free test
